Therapy Services
Individual therapy can be a space to better understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, especially when things feel overwhelming, stuck, or hard to manage internally. Therapy may also involve exploring past experiences and how they continue to influence present-day reactions, relationships, and coping strategies.
In individual therapy, we can address concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, body image, and other areas that are impacting your daily life. Our work is collaborative and tailored to your needs, with attention to both insight and practical change.
I integrate psychoeducation and therapeutic interventions into everyday life, with the goal of supporting consistency and growth outside of sessions. Together, we work to identify patterns that contribute to distress and develop tools to help manage them in a way that feels sustainable and realistic.
I draw from the following approaches:
Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Mindfulness-based practices
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
