Therapy can be helpful for many different concerns. Meaningful change often depends on openness, consistency, and a willingness to engage both in and outside of sessions. A consultation can help determine whether therapy/working together feels like a good fit.

How long is a typical session? +

Sessions are 50 minutes

How much does therapy cost? +

Fees vary depending on the type of service and whether you are using insurance or private pay. Current rates can be discussed during a consultation, and all fees are confirmed prior to scheduling.

What forms of payment do you accept? +

I accept Credit Cards, Health Savings Account, Venmo, and Zelle.

How do you conduct virtual sessions? +

All sessions are conducted on HIPAA compliant video or phone platforms.

Do you accept insurance? +

Yes, I accept the following:

  • Oxford Health Plans
  • Aetna
  • UMR
  • Oscar

I also offer private pay sessions. For clients with out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for individual therapy sessions, which may be submitted to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement depending on your coverage.
