About Me
My Style
A warm, collaborative therapy style that is supportive, direct, and grounded
An individualized approach shaped by each client’s history, goals, and lived experience, rather than a one-size-fits-all model
Focus on understanding patterns, building awareness, and developing practical tools that support change outside of session
Use of evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based practices, and ERP when clinically appropriate
Integration of EMDR-informed and parts-based concepts as needed, guided by clinical fit
My Background
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #106303) and have been working in the mental health field since 2014. I support adults who are looking to better understand themselves, navigate anxiety or life transitions, and build more balance and resilience in their lives.
While I’ve always been empathetic by nature, it was my own experience in therapy that deepened my understanding of how meaningful and transformative this work can be. That personal insight continues to inform how I show up with clients- with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s unique process.
My approach is collaborative and active. I draw from evidence-based practices tailoring them to work for your needs and goals. I believe therapy doesn’t just happen in session, the skills and awareness you build between sessions are a key part of lasting change.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I value the same things I encourage for my clients: movement, connection, and creativity. I enjoy spending time with my dog, exercising, meditating, dancing, crafting, cooking, reading, listening to music, and watching films and series with people I care about.
